Hello! I´am Diego, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, a wellknown culinary school, with more than 12 years of experience in the world of gastronomy, I have worked in Latin American restaurants  where I was able to learn the best of the cuisine of our coast, mountains and jungle. I live in Lima and what I enjoy the most is being able to show the city through it´s gastronomy.
