THE HOST
I was born in Lima, a coastal city, surrounded by peppers, fish and lemons where marine food is almost a religion. Since I was old enough to cook, I was passionate about ceviche, it’s majestic flavor, It´s infinite variety and I also learned from great master to perfect my technique. In each country I have visited, I have prepared ceviche as a Peruvian flagdish. Iám passionate about cooking and music, My favorite instruments are: the piano, and my knives.

WHAT WE WILL DO?
Peru is famous because of it´s gastronomic culture. Me and my wife like to cook, many say that the best food in the world is eaten here. We love to travel, visit new places, talk with people from other cultures, share their customs, music and traditions. That is why during our experience, we will review our stories, with deep respect for our roots, traditions and culture that will inmerse you in the world of ceviche, our flagship dish.
An live peruvian concert in my own home is “the cherry on the cake” in this experience. I¨ll play the piano, Sonia, my wife, will sing and you will be part of these team playing any instrument you prefer or just dancing.

COOKING CLASS
Hands-on experience: Ceviche and Pisco Sour. Appetizers: Potatoes with Huancaina Sauce, Cheese.
Drinks: Chicha Morada and water
Dessert: Alfajor (sweet biscuit)
