Hello! I´am Diego, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, with more than 12 years of experience in the world of gastronomy, I have worked in restaurants in Latin America and Peru where I was able to learn the best of the cuisine of our coast, mountains and jungle. I live in Lima and what I enjoy the most is being able to show the city through its gastronomy.
WHAT WE WILL DO?
What we will do is go to one of the most emblematic markets in Lima, the San José market which is located in the Jesús María district, where together we will select the best ingredients and then prepare them ourselves.
In this experience, the multiple aromas and flavors will take you to moments in our history that will make you love this country as much as I do.
- Hands-on experience: Ceviche and Pisco Sour.
- Appetizers: Andean tubercles with Peruvians Sauce, Cheese.
