As a person. I love to Travel, I play guitar and love composing, wich helps me in my creative parts. I also do Muay Thai, Taekwondo and love traveling and doing Trekking.

On this culinary experience: “I´am very excited to take my Oriental Peruvian cooking classes to another level by going to your kitchen and having you in mine, isn’t it amazing? Through this oriental Peruvian experience we will explore a little of the history of the dishes that the first Chinese and Japanese who arrived in Peru left us as a heritage. Its ingredients, techniques, flavors and culture have been influenced by the boom in Peruvian gastronomy wich will be divided on 3 experiences, as the first one this will be covering the basics of peruvian Nikkei Dishes so we will move into the more advanced from class to class.
